This meeting was a significant event for our journal, building on the discussions from our previous editorial meeting. During the Annual Meeting, we addressed key issues such as the editorial process, ethics, the role of AI in academic research, and our publication frequency. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for all team members to connect, reflect on our progress, and strategize for the future.

Review of Editorial Activities: We reviewed our progress since the previous meeting, including submission and acceptance rates, and discussed strategies to further enhance our editorial processes.
Special Issue Planning: Following the success of our recent special issue on “Higher Education and the Future of the Nation,” we explored ideas for future special issues and gathered valuable suggestions from the Editorial Board.
Editorial Team Structuring: We discussed the recruitment of new team members, including an Associate Editor, Book Review Editor, and Assistant Editor, and invited suggestions for potential candidates.
Indexing and Recognition: We reviewed our current indexing status and discussed the progress of our applications, including the planned submission.
